A bot is required to ensure continuity of data across devices. Since data is not stored anywhere other than member devices, an always-on device (i.e. bot) is necessary to ensure all updates are sent across devices and members of the zone. You can use a Community Bot provided by Solertiae or a custom bot exclusive to your zone(s).

An exit node is required to browse the internet from a zone. This is ultimately the public IP address that appears in network traffic. You can use a Community Exit node provided by Solertiae or a custom exit node exclusive to your zone(s).
